The cabins at this secluded location offer a true Alaskan experience, with a rustic yet up to date feel. The owners are friendly and welcoming, providing a fire, smores, and good conversation every evening. The location is off the beaten path, yet still convenient to the shopping district in Talkeetna. Guests can enjoy walking along the nearby river and viewing wildlife, salmon spawning, and more.
The lodge does not offer a vegetarian or vegan meal options.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and good wifi. The location was convenient for our journey between Denali park and Anchorage, and the staff, especially Jacob, were friendly and helpful.
The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.

This cozy cabin in the woods was the perfect spot for our romantic escape. We loved the natural and wild surroundings, feeling completely immersed in nature. The cabin had a small kitchen, which was so convenient for preparing our own meals. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us lots of tips for exploring the area. One of the best things about this place was the attention to detail - the linens and towels were top-notch, making our stay feel luxurious.
There were a couple of small drawbacks to our stay. we wished the bathroom window had a curtain for more privacy, as it was exposed to the outside.

The cabin we stayed in was cozy and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We especially liked the fully-equipped kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare our own meals. The location was also a plus, situated in a secluded and peaceful spot in the forest. It was a great opportunity to have a wilderness experience. Additionally, the staff, Todd and Dave, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The distance from the Denali National Park was a bit inconvenient for us. It took us around 2.5 to 3 hours to travel to the park, making it challenging to catch the bus there if we wanted to explore the park extensively.

We had an amazing Easter weekend getaway in the wilderness. The cabin was new, clean, and surrounded by beautiful trees, giving us a true wilderness experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the nightly campfire and s'mores and the hot coffee in the mornings. The location was perfect for us, as it was a convenient stop between Denali National Park and Anchorage. It was also close enough to Talkeetna for a nice dinner. Plus, the fast wifi was a great bonus!
The only downside was that they didn't provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers. We didn't expect it since it wasn't mentioned, but it would have been nice to have them available.

I had an amazing stay at this lodge. The cabin was spotlessly clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and hot shower. The owner, Todd, was incredibly helpful and even allowed us to check in early. The lodge had great facilities, including a full kitchen and free WiFi. The location was perfect, with a path right at the end of the street for running, walking, or biking. It was also a short drive or walk to downtown, where you could find cafes, breweries, and souvenir shops. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, offering suggestions for hikes and places to visit. I highly recommend this place for its beautiful surroundings, comfortable lodging, and friendly staff.
Nothing to mention.

We stayed at these cozy cabins in the middle of the woods for 3 weeks and it was our best stay in Alaska. The cabins were self-contained and beautifully furnished, with some of them being completely new. The kitchen facilities were a bonus and allowed us to prepare food and enjoy meals with the friendly staff and fellow travelers. The cabins were clean and comfortable, with a lovely screened-in porch area. The camp host was welcoming and we even had access to a lodge and evening campfires. Highly recommended!
Strongly recommend this hotel.
